Michelle Burke is a former middle school science teacher. Her background includes the fields of energy medicine, five element theory, kinesiology, and holistic living. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Marine Science and a Masters in Environmental Science. As a speaker, author, and corporate consultant, her interest lies in empowering women to express themselves instead of repressing their emotions, feelings, and who they truly are so they can feel safe in their body and confident in who they are.
Michelle works on being the living example of everything she teaches. She also enjoys good food and wine, communing with nature, especially the ocean, and spending time exploring with her camera.
