Artist/designer, educator, qualified psychotherapist and Master Facilitator of PSYCH-K®.
I’ve taught Visual Arts in secondary schools, Colour Theory and Drawing at the Sydney Design School, and had my own businesses; designing and creating fashion jewellery and Interior Design.
Over the years, I’ve been drawn to many varied activities, all of which have had a creative core.
However, a continual struggle for me, was not having belief in myself and my abilities. Consequently, I often ended up sabotaging my best ideas, in spite of being a seemingly competent woman.
Following a painful divorce, I was led to complete my studies in Psychotherapy and it was during this period, much of the personal growth work I did was through my art practice. Here, I experienced first hand the healing power of connection to my creative source.
Enter PSYCH-K® – this has been the most life changing
practice I have experienced.
Simple, powerful and effective. I now am more aware of my limiting beliefs and have the skills to be able to change them effortlessly. My passion now is to share this process with others and see YOU break through the barriers of a negative mindset and finally experience the joy that comes from living a life on purpose.
